  • Our pricing is based on square footage, broken into 10 tiers. The larger the property, the more time is needed to photograph it. For a more budget friendly option, we do offer photos by photo count! These are more for a summary, not the entire story.   • All of our photos and packages include up to 35 miles. Any additional distance is charged at a starting rate of $2.00 per mile. Distance is based from our home location of Mount Clemens, MI. Mileage is calculated on distance to the property, not round trip.

  • Yes, if you give us a call at 586-913-8969, we are able to book same day if we have slots available!

  • Our goal is to deliver images ASAP, most of the time the same day. Any photo product has a 24 hour promise time and video is 48 hours.

  • We will happily reschedule any appointment with a 2+ hour notice free of charge. Weather is unpredictable and can change. For cloudy or rainy days we replace the sky. Unless there is a thunderstorm or heavy snowfall, exterior photos will turn out excellent!

  • Yes, we offer virtual staging. Once we finish your photos, you then review which ones you would like and book accordingly. Then we take those images and send them to our professional editor. They select furniture for the images for you. See our real estate services tab for more info on virtual staging.

  • A Fly Through video is done using a drone to capture the interior and exterior of the property. The walkthrough is done using our camera and a gimbal. The Fly Through offers unique angles that cannot be captured by hand where the walkthrough gives a view as if you are traveling through the property yourself.
